Bamboo Bench® is a product that was designed in Germany by a PhD student of the University of Maastricht - Bernd Stoesslein, and the unique properties of the device have been successfully confirmed by a patent.

Training with the use of Bamboo Bench ® becomes a very precise and extremely efficient way of developing pectoral muscles.

The most important idea of using the Bamboo Bench ® overlay is to create such training conditions that will be safe for the exercising person, in particular for the muscles of the shoulder blades and shoulder muscles. Increased amplitude of movement obviously increases muscle fiber involvement.

The Bamboo Bench ® cover has three universal Velcro closures that allow easy and quick integration with training benches.
