Barbarian-Line Leg Master is a compact device for training the leg muscles, thanks to which it will be possible to conduct effective and effective training in a very small space.
Training with the use of this device is extremely effective because it engages almost all parts of the leg muscles, depending on the position and arrangement of the legs, in the most natural way and without the elements that facilitate their performance. Additionally, the exercising person must focus on proper motor coordination during exercise and maintaining constant muscle tension, which is also a very important advantage of this device. It should also be pointed out that this exercise has a very positive effect on the condition and general strengthening of the back muscles, which indirectly participate in the training.
Due to their dynamics and motor skills, the performed exercises are carried out in a precise manner and with the vertical orientation of the back, it was possible to reduce the total weight of the load placed on the device and achieve similar results as on typical squat machines.
