Delta ATX® dumbbells are unique dumbbells that have several unique advantages over classic dumbbells;

• The handle grip rotates around its axis, which reduces the strain on the wrist
• The center of gravity is below the wrist, regardless of the exercise performed, which allows the muscles to work better in a much greater range of motion
