The ATX® BAH-PT rotary handle is a basic training device for exercises with the bar in the so-called rowing in precipitation. The device in combination with a rotating long mandrel with a length of 50 mm, achieves three-dimensional mobility, thanks to which a variety of dynamic and highly effective exercises can be carried out.
