    TheXBR95 Spirit Fitness | horizontal exercise bike features a comfortable ventilated seat, heart rate grips, a fan, bidon holders and an easy-to-read large display. The support frame on a proven design made of steel profiles that can withstand the weight of a person exercising up to 150 kg.

    heSpirit Fitness XBR95 horizontal bike | has a built-in power generator so that it does not require external power supply from the mains. To start the XBR95 Spirit Fitness horizontal bike, all you have to do is get on it and start pedaling. The console will automatically turn on and perform an internal test. During this time, all the LEDs will turn on briefly, when the LEDs turn off the software version, the reading of total kilometers, total time and the number of virtual routes traveled will appear.

    Muscle activity display:
    The upper part of the console shows a drawing that will display active muscle group areas during exercise. The active muscle group areas will be displayed during exercise on each selected program. You can control the muscles that are used when setting the parameters of the program profile. Once you accept the profile, the program will determine which muscles will be active by automatically setting the resistance level.

    The graph on the right side of the console will show the % level of the heart rate range, the specific age of the exerciser, defined in one of the 10 programs.


    Quick Start / Quick Start:
    A quick way to start your workout. After turning on the console, simply press the Start button. The training time during the exercise will be counted from zero. While pedaling, you can adjust the load at will, and the resistance bars will inform you about the given difficulty level. The large range of load adjustment is appropriately selected according to the degree of the exerciser:

    • resistance level 1 - 10: It is designed for people who start training on a recumbent bike. The resistance jump between levels 1 - 10 is very small
    • resistance level 11 - 20: Higher load, but the jump in load from lower to higher levels still remains small
    • resistance level 21 - 30: High load with high resistance jump between levels
    • resistance level 31 - 40: For advanced users with very high and hard load jumps between profiles. Load used for short interval training and extreme athletic exercises


    Console Programming:

    Each of the available programs can be customized to suit individual training needs. Setting the age is necessary to display the appropriate heart rate level of the exercising person and to define a safe heart rate range. Defining the weight of the exercising person allows a more accurate calculation of the calories consumed (calorie consumption is approximate - exact determination of calories burned is possible only in clinics). In addition, in each program it is possible to set a maximum level of resistance, which can be increased or decreased at will during exercise.
