Due to the special asymmetric structure and shape of the ATX® Delta Swing urethane loads, the strength training conducted will require much greater commitment, concentration and commitment from the exercisers than during training with traditional plates.

Occurring vibrations, fluctuations or oscillations of the cymbals are immediately felt by the exerciser, who must constantly counter the arising (additional) forces and loads in order to maintain balance. Pendulum movements that significantly affect the usually coordinated sequence of exercise movements that the exerciser must counteract. It takes a lot from an athlete - it requires tremendous effort and concentration, which is also reflected in the significantly reduced training weight.

Depending on which of the two mounting holes is used, the degree of oscillation can be influenced. The upper opening produces more and the lower opening produces less pendulum motion.
