The PRO-Spider® set includes 4 rubbers, each with a circumference of 80 cm and a width of 20 mm. The D-ring connection will allow the expander to be attached to a hook, a bar or a combination of rubber rings to form a unique product.

The expander is made of latex rubber that is highly resistant to stretching. Develops shoulder and chest muscles, shapes the body, improves condition.
