    The Gravity Bench inSPORTline Inverso Plus was designed to prevent and treat back and spine pain. Prolonged sitting or standing in one position leads to gradual overstraining of parts of the body, which leads to deformation. The intervertebral discs, hip joints and internal organs are the most vulnerable. These problems can be eliminated in a simple way - just turn the body upside down. This position has a positive effect on the whole body and relaxes the muscles. Regular use of Inverso Plus increases the stability of the spine and improves the respiratory system. The gravity bench is especially recommended by masseurs and rehabilitation doctors.

    The bench is made of steel. It has a soft lining, which gives you the feeling of maximum comfort during exercise. Load capacity up to 150 kg and an adjustable locking system are the main advantages of this bench.
