    The professional skipping rope Body-Solid is an ideal device for fitness and conditioning exercises.

    A significant advantage of the construction of the BSTSR1 skipping rope is the use of a steel rope which, thanks to its stiffness (flexibility), generates high speed. This property makes the conducted training precise and demanding for the exerciser.

    The construction of the skipping rope allows its adjustment and thus it is possible to easily adjust the length to the height of the exercising person. The maximum length of the jump rope is 333 cm.
