    Spartan 2-in-1 thrust rotor | is an easy-to-use training device for exercising the upper and lower limbs, which is commonly known as a rotor.

    You can pedal in both directions (forward and backward) with your legs or exercise your arms and upper back. The load is adjusted manually by tightening / loosening the stop knob. The resistance is produced by the method of mechanical friction.
