    The Xebex® Air Bike AB-1 is a dual action bike that engages the upper and lower muscles. A stationary bike has air resistance entirely dependent on the dynamics of the exercise - the more dynamic the training, the greater the resistance, and vice versa.
    The resistance is governed solely by the air resistance generated by the drive of the integrated rotor during training.
    The higher the cadence, the higher the intensity - the speed thus regulates the intensity / level of the load.
    The upper part of the muscles is engaged by the movement of the upper arms of the bicycle connected to the pedals which engage the lower muscles of the legs by pedaling. This method of training allows you to engage most of the muscles of the entire body at the same time, which improves endurance, condition and strength.
