Neoprene ankle welt with hot / cold insert (warm-cold compresses) is intended for the rehabilitation of sprained joints, in arthritis, tendinitis, as well as in increased physical exertion. The ribbing stiffens the ankle joint, reducing pain and muscle tension. It accelerates the natural healing process.

The cooling and warming pad is a great compress, which, depending on your needs, is cooled in the refrigerator or warmed up in hot water. Cold compresses are perfect for sprains, contusions, swelling, while hot compresses are perfect for muscle pain, tension and cramps.
