The trainer generates resistance by driving the rotor of a large fan, which is placed in a safe housing. The spinning rotor increases resistance in proportion to the speed of pulling the handles with ropes. The intensity of the training is completely dependent on the person exercising. The resistance is regulated solely by air resistance, which generates the drive of the integrated rotor through the movement of the exercises. The higher the frequency of rotation, the greater the intensity - the speed therefore regulates the intensity/level of load.
