The ATX® Squat Handles are the ideal squat trainer to be mounted on vertical posts in ATX® 800 series training stations.
The ATX-SQHAN squat arms are Class S certified in accordance with the EN20957 I, II, IV standard. They can be used in professional gyms, all types of gyms, schools, fitness clubs, etc.
These handles can also be used for stabilization and support which allows you to bring your upper body to an absolutely upright position and maintain stability. This results in significant relief for the back, while also allowing the load to be directed towards the thighs and gluteal muscles.

Versatile options for possible applications
ATX® rails are suitable not only as squat handles, they are also used for pull-ups (attached to a post or crossbar), triceps muscle exercises in the form of classic push-ups, stretching exercises and many others.
Advantages:
- the handles are made of steel sheet 8 mm thick and a steel pipe with a diameter of ∅30 mm and a wall thickness of 4.0 mm
- the length of the handles is 24 cm
- the highest functionality and ergonomics
- design adapted to intensive training in professional gyms
- the fasteners are protected with PA (polyamide) insulators to protect the paintwork and compensate for play
- each of the handles is equipped with a blockade that locks the handle in place and prevents it from being pulled out accidentally
The ATX® SQHAN Squat Multi Handles are compatible with all types of ATX® 800 series power racks and half rack gates and other manufacturers, provided that:
- vertical posts must have profiles of 80 x 80 mm
- the diameter of the mounting holes in the poles is at least ∅20 mm (recommended diameter: ∅21 mm)
- hole pitch / distance between holes must be 50 mm
