The ATX® Rackable Wrist Roller - Set is a professional forearm trainer that can be attached to all ATX® Power Rack (cages), Half Rack (gates) and ATX® 500, 600, 700, 800 series training stations.

The ATX® wrist roller consists of a two-piece steel handle with a tear-resistant nylon strap at the center to which a load hook is attached. The universal bracket included in the kit can be easily and quickly attached to the poles of ATX® training stations at any height.

After correct mounting and placing the load discs on the ATX® loading hook, the actual training of the forearm muscles can be started - by turning / winding the tape on the spool.
