The Body-Solid GFID225 foldable Roman bench is equipped with a backrest that can be tilted. The backrest angle can be adjusted in 7 positions. In addition, the backrest can be set with the so-called "minus angle" down to -15 °.

The Body-Solid GFID225 multifunctional Roman bench has a leg lock at the front of the bench. It provides reliable, stable and comfortable exercises for the lower and upper abdominal muscles.

Wheels placed in the foot allow for quick and convenient movement of the bench to any place.
