The upper and upper pull-out to the training chest allows you to transform the exercise cage into a multifunctional device for comprehensive training of the back muscles, biceps and triceps.

Rope Pull PLA200X Powerline | durable construction compatible with the PPR200X Power Rack training cage. It is designed to fit rooms in home gyms as well as in rooms with low ceilings.

Silver powder-coated, high-quality cable system with quiet operation. The device has two spindles for storing loads, with a diameter of ∅25 mm, or for Olympic loads with the use of an OAS15 adapter (not included).

The lift is intended only for work with cages, it cannot be a separate, independent training device.
