S2BTP Body-Solid is designed to perform exercises in a standing position.
In front of the machine, the bar is held with a grip or an overhang, arms along the body, bent at the elbows. The forearm straightening movement also engages the elbow and the extensor muscles of the wrists.
Back on the back of the machine , hands on the bar in turning, arms slightly above horizontal, bent at the elbows. The exercise involves the triceps, elbow and toothed anterior muscles. Note that raising the elbows stretches the head of the long triceps in the starting position of the exercise.

The exercises involve the work of the biceps muscle of the shoulder and the brachial muscle. The brachiocephalic and recurrent round muscles are also involved.
