The platform generates vibrations that automatically relax the muscles, which leads to their strengthening. The vibrations go to the deepest muscle layers, which results in maximum effects when performing even the simplest exercises. The device strengthens all parts of the muscles. The platform also has two rubber belts for exercising the arm and back muscles. The main advantage of this machine is that exercising on it does not take much time and is extremely effective.
