The Bodylastics Workout-Stick fitness bar is a simple, yet multifunctional device that replaces dumbbell exercises. The griffin can be used in physiotherapy, gyms and fitness clubs.

Training with the barbell improves blood circulation, strengthens the muscles of the whole body and the overall psychomotor condition. Thanks to replaceable rubbers with different resistance to difficulty, it is an extremely universal training device.

The bar is made of a steel tube secured with hard chrome plating, covered with 100 cm long neoprene foam. Each resistance rubber ends with a comfortable grip for arms or legs.
