Using the Powerball® as an exercise instrument

Powerball NSD is an exceptionally skillful exercise device, thanks to which you will gain enormous strength in your arms, wrist and fingers. Its unique functionality makes it especially suitable for lovers of sports such as golf, tennis, squash and other professions requiring increased strength in the arms, hands and wrist. It is also a great instrument for musicians! Drummers, guitarists, pianists (all musicians!) Will benefit from the increased strength and agility that the NSD Power®ball offers.
