The HMS UW05 double grip hook bar is designed for training on the upper and lower cable pulley. It is used to exercise the back muscles, but it will also work well when performing barbell rowing in a torso drop.

HMS UW05 hook bar | hand grips are finished with precise anti-slip grooving. A fixed handle is mounted in the middle of the device. The triangular structure guarantees ideal hand positioning and forces correct movement during the exercise. The steel, rough handle provides a secure hold, while requiring a stronger grip. Thanks to this, we also work on developing the forearm muscles. The not-too-wide spacing of the handles makes it easier to maintain the correct path of movement, i.e. keeping the elbows close to the torso.
