    Leg GLDA3 Body-Solid Adapter | we exercise the leg muscles while sitting in the front, with the upper cushion under the knee, and the lower cushion on the outer part of the foot. By straightening or bending the legs with a load, we exercise the thigh muscles. Load holder with a diameter of ø25 mm allows you to load the press, the so-called free load.
