Body-Solid GCEC340 leg muscle stand | a dual-function free-weight training machine. Straighten and bend your legs in a seated position.

Leg workout has never been so fast and effective. The two most important leg exercises can now be performed from one convenient position. The fully adjustable steel bench design with a backrest adjustable in 7 positions will easily accommodate any user.

All you have to do is release the locking mechanism (jumbo pop pin) on the locking disc of the lift arm and set a comfortable starting position for yourself. Sit down and wrap your legs over the 20 centimeter protective foam rollers, then press down to perform a seated leg flexion exercise. This exercise will stretch and strengthen your gluteal muscles and hamstrings.

Remove the jumbo pop pin lock to lower the lift arm. Position your legs behind the large rollers to work your quadriceps muscles while straightening your legs.
