Premium Bar prepared for professional use, where flexibility is crucial during training. The bar is deformed to a value that limits its flexibility, and then it resiliently returns to its original state without permanent deformation.
Olympic bar 220cm ATS® Premium Bar | it is most often used during exercises for the muscles of the shoulder girdle, chest and arm muscles. Smooth operation and the concentricity (spin) of the rotating sleeves, even under high loads, are ensured by maintenance-free internal brass sleeves.
