Powerline PFID125X Roman bench is equipped with a backrest with a tilt adjustment. The backrest angle can be adjusted in 7 positions. In addition, the backrest can be set with the so-called "minus angle" down to -18 °.

The Powerline PFID125X Roman bench has a foot lock at the front of the bench. It provides reliable, stable and comfortable exercises for the lower and upper abdominal muscles.
