The tatami mat is widely used in sports, commonly referred to as martial arts. It is used as a cushioning floor during karate, judo, taekwondo, MMA training, as well as kickboxing, gymnastics, aerobics and all physical activities related to fitness exercises.

The puzzle tatami mat is characterized by high durability and resistance to intensive use, thanks to the production technology in which two sides of the mat (two colors) are formed simultaneously. In this way, a double-sided puzzle is created, in two colors, which is indivisible (it is not possible to separate the blue part from the red one without destroying the mat).

The mat is shaped like a so-called a puzzle, but thanks to this, you can easily connect other elements with each other, creating a surface suitable for your needs, and at the same time consistent and safe to use. In addition, having two colors at your disposal in each puzzle, you can easily create zones for training and rest by grouping the colors (blue or red) with each other.

Each of the mats has edges to mask the serrated edges of the puzzle type, which will allow you to conveniently use even single mats, without the need to connect them into larger areas.
