A metal holder mounted with two metal expansion bolts mounted to the wall or ceiling. The handle is made of metal, and its handles are crossed in the shape of the letter X, which forces the central arrangement of the straps or rubbers.
The handle with a diameter of 12 cm and strong handles with a diameter of 10 mm allow it to load up to 220 kg.
