Xterra Fitness |FSX3500 elliptical trainer is designed for exceptionally smooth and even performance regardless of the load level. This is of great importance during intense workouts with maximum resistance levels.

Xterra Fitness | FSX3500 elliptical trainer is a state-of-the-art elliptical machine, in which the braking system generates resistance using the phenomenon of magnetic induction. Therefore, there is no unfavorable jumping effect that is very often felt in underdeveloped designs of competing devices.

Smooth operation of the FSX3500 orbitrek also means smooth movement of the bearing rollers. They move back and forth on the rails reproducing the natural movement.

Xterra Fitness FSX3500 elliptical trainer is equipped with multifunctional hand grips. They have been divided into two sections - for movable arms and for fixed - non-movable handles. Regardless of the type of training carried out and one's own preferences, each user will find the optimal position of hands on the handles. The ergonomic shapes have been developed based on the manufacturer's many years of experience. Another design feature that improves the comfort of the conducted training is the special layout of the pedals, which are inclined at an angle of 2° inward. They maintain a natural body position while reducing pressure on the joints. They reduce muscle tension.

A very important feature of the FSX3500 is the ability to electronically change the angle of the rails on which the pedal plate assemblies move back and forth. In the initial (neutral) setting, the exerciser circles with his feet an ellipse-shaped trajectory, the main axis of which is parallel to the floor. Adjusting the angle results in a change in the track along which the pedal plates move. It changes from the angle of the main axis of the ellipse. As a result, the geometry of the feet relative to the whole body changes. The step length remains the same.

Safe training is supervised by a wireless pulse measurement system using a telemetry belt (not included), which is worn on the chest. Pulse measurement is very precise. With the participation of training programs that use the measured pulse as a control parameter, it will be possible to train safely even by people with cardiovascular problems (always after consulting a doctor).
