The FCD-STK model FCD-STK strength training machine with a stack of loads allows you to train the abdominal muscles (oblique and straight muscles), arm and back muscles (pull-ups).

The manufacturer has equipped the machine with the assistant function, which is attached to a pile of loads weighing 95 kg - there are as many as 20 levels of weight adjustment, which gives the user full control over the training.
The machine is also equipped with a dip station, which enables additional isolation of oblique and straight abdominal muscles .
