    The patented KETTLEBELL PowerBlock ® dumbbell weight adjustment system replaces many traditional dumbbells and is therefore extremely functional and space-saving. Changing the weight of a dumbbell is extremely easy and the entire procedure takes a few seconds. The user has a universal tool that allows you to individually adjust the weight of individual dumbbells and finish the training at the maximum value in small steps.
