    Expansion of PowerBlock® Pro 100 EXP Stage 3 dumbbells | the Stage 3 expansion set is intended exclusively for use with adjustable Pro 100 EXP dumbbells. The Stage 3 set works in combination with the Pro 100 EXP Stage 1 + Stage 2 dumbbell set (sold separately). You can use the Stage 3 extension only after installing the Stage 2 expansion to achieve a maximum weight of 36 kg per dumbbell.You can use the Stage 4 extension only after installing the Stage 2 and Stage 3 expansions to achieve a maximum weight of 45 kg per dumbbell.

    The patented PowerBlock® dumbbell weight adjustment system replaces many traditional dumbbells, making this solution extremely functional and space-saving.
