ATX® DIP-IDX Indexing Dipping Bars | adjustable dip handles for triceps exercises - classic dips on bars manufactured by ATX® . The universal foldable design fits all cages and training gates with vertical post dimensions between 60 and 70 mm and mounting holes for pins with a minimum diameter of ∅21 mm.

The ideal handle diameter of ∅45 mm and the V-shaped handle with an adjustable grip width from 46 cm to a maximum width of 71 cm ensure an individual and optimal grip position.

ATX® DIP-IDX | dipping rails are accessories for ATX® 600 series, 700 series training cages (Power Rack), training gates (Half Rack) and other compatible structures.

The ATX-DIP-IDX folding handles are an excellent addition to a training base, significantly expanding the training possibilities of gantry and cages. The dipping handle can be quickly and securely mounted on vertical posts and locked at the selected height with a sturdy locking screw, which also compensates for any looseness. The handles' design and integrated safety features guarantee the user a comfortable and, above all, safe workout.
