High-quality plyometric box with a soft stroke offered by the German manufacturer of professional sports equipment ATX® is used for functional training and crossfit by athletes of all training levels.

The Soft Plyo-Box reduces the risk of injury during training to a minimum, thus ensuring safe and varied training in professional gyms, fitness clubs and home gyms.

The inner body of the box is a solid wooden box covered with high-density foam, the outer skin is made of durable vinyl with a printed height information and ATX® brand logo. Due to its high weight (weight about 20 kg), the Soft Plyo-Box is very stable and does not tip over.

By changing the position of the box - changing the side of the base, three usable heights of 50, 60 and 70 cm for training are obtained.
