ATX® JBO-SET-ATX-BLACK Jerk Block |plyometric boxes are a set of high quality specialized blocks made of thick-walled wooden panels. These high-quality Jerk Blocks are protected with matte black paint and come with metal corners that are laser-engraved with the height information of each block. The Jerk Block box set from ATX® is used most often during functional training and crossfit, by athletes at all levels of training.

ATX® JBO-SET-ATX-BLACK Jerk Block plyometric boxes are very stable, and their specific design makes them resistant to tipping over. Thanks to the precisely tailored manufacturing, the blocks can be quickly and safely stacked on top of each other. All outer edges and holes are accurately machined with proper chamfering. This ensures safe and fast handling. The corners are further reinforced with metal brackets with laser-engraved height information. The range of applications for these blocks primarily includes performing classic strength exercises such as bench press, squats or deadlifts. The blocks are also ideal for many other exercise variants or as jumping jacks, thus providing safe and varied training in professional gyms, fitness clubs and home gyms.
