ATX® AD-RFCP Flex Plates are small, additional weight plates that allow you to subtly increase the weight without mechanical interference with the existing dumbbells.

Thanks to the unique flexible design, which is open on one side and provided with a flexible rubber compound on the other side, additional attachments can be easily and quickly attached to a kettlebell handle or barbell. A colorful rubber coating protects the handles / gear from damage. In this way, you can gradually increase the constant weight of the dumbbells or kettlebells.

Additional flexible plates are available in the weights of 0.25 kg, 0.5 kg and 1.0 kg and fit all dumbbells / barbells with a gripping diameter in the range of ∅25 ÷ ∅34 mm.

The ATX® AD-RFCP flex cymbals are used to precisely adjust the weight of the bar without having to disassemble a set of heavy plates.
