HMS EM01 | rubber expander is a training device used to exercise the upper body. It provides a simple and effective way to strengthen the muscles of the arms, chest, abdomen, pelvis and back. It can also be used for general development exercises and rehabilitation.

TheHMS EM01 |rubber expander consists of five elastic rubbers, which are attached to two handles made of durable plastic. The expanders are made of special rubber. The material has an increased resistance to stretching. In addition, the strength of resistance is adjusted by adding or removing the appropriate number of ropes.
