The overall length of the HEX-XLC griffin is 193 cm. The diameter of the load pins is ∅50 mm and is supported by Olympic plates with an inner diameter of at least ∅50.4 mm. The solid construction made of thick-walled steel profiles and solid steel pins for weights guarantees maximum strength.

The HEX-XLC |Olympic hex barbell enables you to train your chest, back, triceps and shoulder muscles extremely effectively. This instrument offers a completely new training stimulus with high efficiency for exercises such as squats and incline rowing.
