The total length of the MG-S-50 truss is 120 cm. The diameter of the load pins is ∅50 mm and is supported by Olympic plates with an inner diameter of at least ∅50.4 mm. Thanks to its flat, simple design, the dumbbells can be used on both sides, allowing 4 different grip variations. The sturdy construction made of thick-walled oval steel tube and solid steel weight holder guarantees maximum strength.

The MG-S-50 |Olympic truss griffin allows you to train your chest, back, triceps and shoulder muscles extremely effectively. The grip position at a 30° angle relieves stress on the joints, especially when performing narrower varieties of pressing, such as triceps pressing in a lying or sitting position.The effects of such training are quickly noticeable.
