    The PowerBlock® Elite EXP Stage 1 dumbbells, adjustable from 1.1 kg to 22.7 kg , are designed for demanding athletes who value maximum performance and space-saving design.     The PowerBlock® Elite EXP Stage 1 includes a pair of dumbbells (two dumbbells) with a maximum weight of 22.7 kg each | they are constructed in a compact block structure of welded steel segments, which are protected by a protective powder paint coating and a contoured TPR handle grip.

    The PowerBlock® Elite EXP Stage 1 adjustable dumbbells feature a patented weight adjustment system. This replaces many traditional dumbbells. This solution is incredibly functional and saves a significant amount of space. Changing the dumbbell weight is incredibly easy, taking only seconds. Users have a versatile exercise tool at their disposal. You can individually adjust the weight of each dumbbell and, in small increments, complete your workout at its maximum value.

     The individual weight plates in the dumbbells are color-coded. This helps the user quickly identify the desired weight and set the lockout on both dumbbells at the correct level.
