The exceptionally contoured shape allows you to isolate your shoulders and back during exercise, keeping your back and elbows closed in a perfect position. The attachment has a nylon belt with a neck protection against pinching during exercise and rubber pads at the elbow contact points to prevent slipping. The belt is detachable, fastened with long Velcro on both sides with a nylon collar worn over the neck.
