The Body-Solid BSTDB Dog Bone Grip | hitching griffin has two surfaces for training grip strength. Using this device is easy. Use the middle part to grip it with both hands, or challenge yourself and use the extreme spherical grips.

The Body-Solid BSTDB | hooked griffin can be attached to handgrips, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, machines with cable lifts. Ideal for pull-ups, farmer's walks and many other strength training exercises. The BSTDB comes with a layer of non-slip structure, which is protected with matte red paint. The handle is also equipped with a strong nylon strap, which is used to attach the device to bars or beams in training stations.
