Adjustable swing hooks made of high quality ATX® Monolift steel, ideal for exercises with heavy weights. The hooks have an adjustable handle, which is set in the appropriate position by means of a counterweight. The weighted hooks with a barbell move away from the structure of the training station, while the weighted hooks deviate from the structure, allowing for free lowering.

The hook holder is made of high quality 10 mm steel with attached protective insulators for the station finishes. The swivel pendulum of the hook is 20 mm thick steel and 15 mm plastic barbell protective insulators. Thanks to this design, the hooks have a total strength of up to 450 kg.
