    Wrist Roller - ATX® WRT-ROL Wrist Roller consists of a two-piece steel handle. a tear-resistant nylon strap is attached, and the strap ends with an eyelet to which the loading hook is attached.

    After attaching the load to the loading hook the actual training can begin. You exercise your forearm muscles - by turning / winding the tape on the spool.
