The FG01 HMS are bar overlays that are suitable for any exercise with a barbell or dumbbells. They will work both for the bench press, rowing in the fall of the torso, and in the deadlift.

The overlays require putting more force into the exercise, which means that we exercise the forearm muscles to a large extent and improve the grip strength. The shape of the overlays makes the handle of the bar larger and becomes unnatural - large. This requires a strong engagement of the grip stabilizing muscles - the forearm muscles will be fully engaged and trained.

After exercising with overlays, training with a regular bar or dumbbells will be much easier and more effective.
