Swing hooks made of high quality steel they are ideal for exercises with heavy weights. They have a return mechanism that is used to automatically retract after removing the bar - the handles are set to the appropriate starting position. The loaded hooks (with a barbell) depart from the structure of the training station, while the weighted hooks bend towards the structure, allowing for free lowering.

ATX® MLIFT-COP Monolift barbell grips | are additional equipment for training cages (Power Rack) and training gates (Half Rack) 600 series, 700 series, 800 series by ATX® and other compatible structures.

Monolift grips are an excellent complement to the training base, which significantly extends the training possibilities of gates and cages. Hooks can be quickly and safely mounted on vertical posts and locked at the desired height with locking pins. The design of the handles and the applied security measures guarantee that the training will be comfortable and, above all, safe.
