G-2017 Ironsports® Hook Bar | Single handle for training on cable pulley training stations – upper or lower. The single handle is used during training focused primarily on the upper muscles, in particular the muscles:

The G-2017 Ironsports® | Hook Bar is made of solid steel and features a handle with a grooved, non-slip grip. The textured grip prevents slipping, while the rotating handle allows for increased range of motion and improved comfort during workouts.

The design of the hook bar and the high-quality steel from which it is made allow it to be used for exercises with significant loads.
