The PowerBlock® Pro 100 Commercial Dumbbells include a pair of dumbbells (two dumbbells) with a maximum weight of 45.4 kg each, along with a dedicated storage rack. Additionally, the set comes with a pair of additional handles that make it easier for the user to change weights. You can increase or decrease the weight as needed, adapting your workout to your needs. Thanks to the simple plug-in system, weights can be quickly and easily changed during your workout.

 
The patented PowerBlock® dumbbell weight adjustment system replaces multiple traditional dumbbells, making this solution incredibly functional and space-saving. Changing the dumbbell weight is incredibly easy, taking just seconds. The ultra-compact PowerBlock® Pro 100 Commercial Adjustable Dumbbells are easy to store in the included sturdy rack. This set replaces 20 pairs of traditional dumbbells! They feature a compact block construction with welded segments, sealed with a protective urethane coating. The black urethane weights provide a quieter workout and are more resistant to wear than steel weights, offering durability with minimal exposure to the elements.
