Expansion of PowerBlock® Pro 100 EXP Stage 4 dumbbells | the Stage 4 expansion set is intended exclusively for use with adjustable Pro 100 EXP dumbbells. The Stage 4 set works in combination with the Pro 100 EXP Stage 1 + Stage 2 + Stage 3 dumbbell set (sold separately).
You can use the Stage 3 extension only after installing the Stage 2 expansion to reach a maximum weight of 36 kg per dumbbell.
You can use the Stage 4 extension only after installing the Stage 2 and Stage 3 expansions to reach a maximum weight of 45 kg per dumbbell.

The patented PowerBlock® dumbbell weight adjustment system replaces many traditional dumbbells, making this solution extremely functional and space-saving. Changing the dumbbell weight is extremely easy, and the entire procedure takes only a few seconds. The user has a universal tool that allows individual adjustment of each dumbbell’s weight and to finish the workout at the maximum value in small increments.
