Technical Olympic bar LH-50-ALU Ironsports® | it is made of aluminum and its total weight is 7.5 kg. The total length of the bar is 183 cm.
Technical Olympic bar LH-50-ALU Ironsports® | is dedicated to users who conduct their training towards improving and perfecting their technical skills and eliminating any mistakes. Gryf is also used among school students. A large group of users of this bar are women, whose training is conducted with low loads.
Technical Olympic bar LH-50-ALU Ironsports® | It is made of an aluminum rod with a diameter of ø28 mm and two rotating sleeves ø50 mm, which are made of chrome-plated steel.
The sleeves rotate very smoothly thanks to the use of a set of ball bearings, and the whole bar is characterized by high precision and good balance.
The grip part is knurled with a double grip marking.

The relationship is directly proportional to the change in the distance of the support points among themselves.
